Check in/out was fast and employee's were courteous. The room was large enough, although I had no use for the kitchen area, it was nicely equipped. The hotel/room was very clean, but the carpets in the hallways were very stained and needed to be replaced. The a/c was a wall unit which was directly beside the bed, so the air blew directly in your face. The mattress's needed to be replaced, they were very firm/uncomfortable. Although I paid for a 2 night stay, I left after one night because I did not feel safe. The long interior hallways are dimly lit. No one was at the front desk until I called out for assistance when checking in. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Sheets very thin and rough. Carpet and chair were dirty and stained. No toiletries provided other than a bar of soap. Fortunately I had packed shampoo. Towels are extremely thin--need 2 to dry off-- after shower--and are not replaced daily. I am very upset with my stay at this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was huge, very clean and in a great location.

No thrills. Clean.

Good location, convenient to north Dallas area, nice room. Pool was closed for unknown reasons. Common hallway virtually impassable due to smell (had to hold my breath coming & going).

Clean and comfortable. Large rooms, pleasant staff, pool, great location.

It was good for the price but I didn't like having to pay for Internet access all though I can see that someone that doesn't need or want the Internet might not want to pay for it if it was included in the price.

It had weird smells the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, the staff was rude and lost my key, couldn’t get in, no one was at office. Had to rent another room because I couldn’t get in. Over all bad experience. ...read more
